Every year during the Summer of Caring, our employees from around the globe offer up their talents and time to enrich the communities where they live and work, with a company goal of 7,000 volunteer hours of caring!
Our employees exemplify this spirit of giving through leadership and volunteer efforts in their communities, and for numerous non-profit organizations. Our employees show compassion for those in need and spend time giving back to the causes they care about most. We believe that volunteers have the power to create change.
A unique part of Summer for caring is our Dollars for Doers Grants program, where we ask or people to tell us about volunteer experience that is special to then, and we give out $500 grants for their charity of choice. We appreciate all our employees involved in making their community a better place.

Ronald McDonald House Charities UK
Ronald McDonald House Charities provides free ‘home away from home’ accommodation at specialist children’s hospitals across the UK, enabling families to stay close to their child and maintain a degree of normal family life.
“I always said I’d never run a marathon, and this will be my first, and only, one! This is a real challenge for me and I’m really enjoying my training journey.”
“RMHC is a partner charity of La-Z-Boy, and I was motivated to train for this iconic event after meeting the charity’s team in the UK and seeing first hand how they help families in their times of need.”
